Bookings only possible between 01.06 and 31.08.
Arrival: 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Key handover: Personally upon arrival

Inclusive services
Hand soap, washing-up liquid, dishcloths, toilet paper (2 rolls) and kitchen roll are provided, as are towels (2 per person/week), bath towels (1 per person/week) and bed linen (1 set/week).
Water, electricity, final cleaning and 1 free parking space directly in front of the house are included. Charging electric cars is NOT permitted.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation and the property cannot be rented out to someone else, a certain percentage of the price will unfortunately have to be charged.

If payment is not made on time (date will be communicated with the booking confirmation), we will cancel the booking immediately. If you do not show up without cancelling, the booking price will be due in full.
Guests arriving with more than two persons or with pets will be refused entry without any right to reimbursement.
Taking out travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
